In short: this site uses no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. Its fonts and images are served from this site. We only process personal data when your browser loads the pages, and when you choose to give us your email address.

Who is responsible

Hosting

This site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. When you open a page, Netlify's servers process the technical data needed to deliver it and keep it secure, such as your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and your browser type. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We do not use these data to identify you or combine them with other data. Netlify, Inc. is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which covers the transfer of these data to the United States (Art. 45 GDPR).

Early-access sign-up

If you sign up for early access, we store your email address to send you one message when your access is ready. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Submissions are stored with our hosting provider Netlify (Netlify Forms) on our behalf. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to hello@studio.house; we then delete your address. We also delete it once early access has ended.

Contact form and email

If you write to us through the contact form or by email, we use your name, email address and message only to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Form messages are stored with Netlify on our behalf. We delete them when your request is settled, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

The demo

On this site, the demo shows a pre-written example and runs entirely in your browser. What you click or type in it is not sent to us or to anyone else.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to access your personal data, and to have it corrected, deleted or restricted, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing based on our legitimate interest (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR). To use these rights, write to hello@studio.house. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
