An AI design studio · Berlin

You don't build your website. You approve it.

Tell us about your business. Mara and Leo design your website and explain every choice. You review it and approve it.

For independent businesses that know their work, not web design. No prompts, no templates to choose, nothing technical.

No sign-up. The example is a fictional architect's brief.

Mara 50 · 50 Leo
One brief for Ada, an architect in Berlin. Left of the line is Mara's version of her site, right of it Leo's. The studio proposes one website from both, and Ada approves it.Fictional client
01 · Brief

Tell them about your business.

In your own words: what you do, who it's for, where you are, what a visitor should do next.

02 · Proposal

They propose one website.

Mara and Leo read your brief separately, weigh the trade-offs and agree on one proposal, with a reason for every choice.

03 · Approve

You approve it.

As it is, or after opening a trade-off and adjusting it. Ask for changes in plain words.

The problem

Prompting a website turns you into the art director.

You describe. It guesses. You correct. It guesses again. An afternoon later you still can't say what's wrong with it.

v1Here's a sleek, modern website for your architecture studio.

Warmer. But still professional. And less… template.

“I'll know it when I see it.”

Exactly. So we show you a finished proposal.

What's different

Most tools make you the designer. We make you the client.

The proposal

A finished proposal, not a blank page.

You start with a complete website for your business, and a plain-language reason behind each of its five decisions: first impression, voice, rhythm, color and how it asks for work. If it feels right, approve it. Nothing else is required.

The studio's proposal · Ada Brandt

A calm, precise site that says what Ada does, lets her projects breathe, and keeps a site visit one tap away.

The trade-offs

They explain the trade-offs.

Where Mara and Leo see it differently, you see both sides and the studio's pick, in plain words. Ask for a bigger logo or drop in a photo: if it helps your site, they do it. If it would work against your visitors, they explain why and suggest an alternative. The last word is yours.

AdaCan the logo be much bigger?

LeoOn a phone, a logo that size pushes your projects off the first screen. People come to see the work.

MaraFor more presence, make it a little bigger and give it room. Size alone can feel loud.

The design engine

Taste you can't break.

Every choice maps to a considered type scale, layout, palette and spacing, built from twenty years of brand and web design. Text stays readable: the engine checks every text color against the WCAG AA contrast standard and corrects any that fall short, whatever you choose.

The review

It looks at its own work.

When the site is drawn, Leo looks at it on desktop and phone and points out what a visitor would trip over. You decide what gets fixed.

The booking button sits below the picture. Many visitors on a phone won't scroll that far.

Going live

Approve it, and it goes live. Nothing technical.

Two kinds of intelligence, one website.

Runs on Claude

The thinking

Mara and Leo are separate Claude agents with their own principles. Each reads your brief alone and takes a position, each answers the other, and a third step agrees one proposal grounded in what your visitors should do. Claude writes your copy from your own facts, marks anything it doesn't know for you to confirm, and looks at the finished site to review it.

Studio House design engine

The craft

Every decision becomes real type, layout, color and spacing through our own design engine, with readable contrast guaranteed, on desktop and on a phone.

“I've spent twenty years making these decisions for clients. Studio House puts them in everyone's hands, and leaves the last word with them.”

Sedat Sensoy, founder. Brand and web designer in Berlin, formerly art director at BBDO.
